Counsel for Savalenoa, Dr. Harrison told the Court that the respondents have not filed any affidavits as previously ordered by the Court.

Justice Clarke granted the adjournment to 27 February 2023 and it will be the final adjournment.

Savalenoa is suing for $650,000 claiming she was unlawfully dismissed from office in September 2021.
