Australian family donate to the N.U.S Savaii Campus

NUS Vice Chancellor – Professor Tuifuisa’a Patila Malua Amosa & Afioga Muagututi’a Fealofani Toala Asiata (Donor).

Apia, Samoa – 12 February 2024: The National University of Samoa (N.U.S) Savaii Campus is pleased to receive a generous donation of ten (10) Samsung Curved HDMI Monitor 27-inch screens from Afioga Muagututi’a Fealofani Asiata & Toala Liaita and family from the village of Vaega Satuipa’itea, Savai’i.

The gift was donated by their daughter from Brisbane, Australia who recognized the need for the latest technologies at the campus during her visit last year.

The monitors were presented to the N.U.S Vice Chancellor, Professor Tuifuisa’a Patila Amosa, by Muagututi’a Fealofani Toala Asiata. Professor Tuifuisa’a expressed her gratitude for their kind donation, which will greatly benefit the students by upgrading the computer monitors at the N.U.S Savaii Campus computer lab.

Mulipola John Lafaele, N.U.S Savaii Campus Manager also thanked the family for their generous contribution, which will enhance the learning experience for students at the Savaii Campus.

The donation of these modern HDMI screens will bring the campus in line with the latest technologies used at universities in Australia, providing students with access to high-quality equipment for their studies.

Finally, our NUS family wishes to thank Afioga Muagututi’a Fealofani Asiata & Toala Liaita’s family for their support of our Savaii campus students, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact that these new screens will have on the learning environment at the campus.
