BREAKING NEWS: Toelupe’s Application for judicial review dismissed

Apia, SAMOA – 29 June 2026 – The court has dismissed former Cabinet Minister, Toelupe Poumulinuku Onesemo of the Falealili 1 constituency’s application for a Judiciary Review.

The decision, delivered by Justice Rhys Harrison this morning means the Electoral Courts decision to void Toelupe’s seat, remains.
