LTC Deputy President sworn-in as Acting Supreme Court Judge

Apia, SAMOA – 12 August 2026: The Deputy President of the Lands and Titles Court, Siliga Lauano Diana Roma was sworn-in today as an Acting Judge for the Supreme Court to fill in the shortage of Supreme Court Judges.

The brief ceremony was conducted before the Head of State, Tuimalealiifano Vaaletoa Sualauvi 11 and members of the Judiciary.

She will serve alongside the Supreme Court Judges which include her husband, Justice Fepuleai Ameperosa Roma.

In April 2026, Siliga was sworn in as the first female Deputy President of the Lands and Titles Court after years of legal service to the Government and the private sector.
