SPREP Farewells Kosi Latu As Director General

APIA, SAMOA – 01 APRIL 2022: SPREP has said farewell to its Director General of six years, Kosi Latu in a special virtual farewell yesterday, commemorating over a decade of achievements made.

Latu began with SPREP as the Deputy Director-General in 2008, then became the Director-General in 2016. His term as the SPREP Director-General comes to an end on 1 April 2022.

Over 100 staff came together for the virtual event to extend their appreciation for the hard work of Mr Latu, presenting him with a special award for his outstanding leadership in building resilience across the Pacific island’s region.
