Petroleum Retail Prices remain unchanged for November

APIA, SAMOA – 01 NOVEMBER 2022: The Minister of Finance has announced there is no change to the Maximum Retail Prices “MRP” for petrol, diesel and kerosene for November.

Mulipola Anarosa Ale-Molioo said Samoa’s fuel reserves as at 1 November reflect the same cost of supply for October hence the retail prices carry-over.

She also said the pricing of Crude Oil and Refined Products have been erratic over the last three months reflecting uncertainties regarding supply, pushing prices up, then concerns of a global recession impacting demand which pushes prices down.

The Retail Prices as announced for November:

Petrol                $3.51 per litre
Diesel               $3.99 per litre
Kerosene         $3.58 per litre
