Petrol Prices up for June

APIA, SAMOA – 02 JUNE 2023: Prices are up for petrol, diesel and kerosene for the month of June.

Petrol increases by 13 sene from $3.27 to $3.40 per litre. Diesel increases by 5.3 sene from $3.30 to $3.35 a litre and Kerosene increases by 5.2 sene from $2.93 to $2.98 per litre.

The Minister of Finance, Mulipola Anarosa Ale Molioo said the increases reflect the expected increase in demand as the northern summer approaches. Diesel and kerosene prices were relatively stable although on-shore cost adjustments impacted the final retail price resulting in the increases recorded.
