CEO of Women resigns following PSC’s Investigation Report

Apia, Samoa – 25 September 2023: The Public Service Commission’s report on its investigation into serious allegations against the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Women & Social Development, Dr. Mema Motusaga is now before Cabinet.

Talamua understands the CEO tendered her resignation last week while overseas and the report has yet to be discussed by Cabinet.

The CEO and the Minister for Women & Social Development, Leota Laki Lamositele Sio returned in the weekend from a meeting overseas.
