The primary target market includes the Samoan diaspora, local residents, first-time home buyers, and the tourism sector.

Robert Ash, co-owner of Ready Homes Samoa said Ready Homes Samoa aims to provide affordable, high-quality, modular living spaces with faster construction times and lower labour costs.

“Everyone deserves a beautiful, comfortable, affordable, and well-built home. For every unit sold, $1,000 will go towards our House of Family Foundation, helping make a family’s dream come true.”

Each unit comes with warranties, insurance, and finance packages, ensuring peace of mind for buyers.

The future of Ready Homes Samoa looks promising, with Phase 2 focusing on opening a factory in Apia to manufacture modular homes locally, creating jobs and boosting the Samoan economy.

To further enhance the services offered, Ready Homes Samoa looks to collaborations with local companies, including SSAB, Samoa Surety Insurance, Schwalger Builders, and Foxtail Build.

The Board of Directors—Dr. Claude Rizk, Fuimaono-Naoia Jack Siō, and Robert Ash—are excited about Ready Homes Samoa’s potential to transform the housing market with their innovative and cost-effective solutions, making homeownership a reality for many.
