Man Wanted by Police is a former Gang member

Apia, Samoa – 01 April 2025 – The man in the police Wanted List, Toese Tuuaga also known as Ese Tuuaga, is a former member of the Mongrel Mob Gang in New Zealand.

Police Commissioner Auapaau Logoitino Filipo said the man is considered dangerous.

“We suspect that he is armed,” said Auapaau.

Two weeks ago, Police posted his picture with a Wanted notice in connection with an incident at the Faleolo Airport on the 19 March 2025.

“Do not approach him. He may be mentally unstable or have access to a firearm. His past behaviour suggests he could be armed,” said the notice.

The Police Commissioner said there is a warrant of arrest out for him on other offences and he warns the public to be cautious when they see him and pass any information they have on him to the police.
