Petrol and Diesel Retail Prices Down for October

Apia, Samoa – 01 October 2025 – The retail prices for petrol and diesel have decreased for October while the price of kerosene goes up by 1.2 sene.

The new prices are:

• Petrol: decreases by 2.9 sene per litre, from $2.99 to $2.96.
• Diesel: decreases by 7.2 sene per litre, from $3.16 to $3.08.
• Kerosene: increases by 1.2 sene per litre, from $2.66 to $2.67.

The October retail prices are based on August cargo uplifts from Singapore, delivered into Apia in September.

Price movements for both crude and refined products over the last three months have been relatively stable, although supply, political, and economic factors continue to influence prices both upward and downward.

The market indicates that these conditions are likely to continue over the coming months.
