Ministry of Health Recalls Multi Grain Cereal

Apia, SAMOA – 11 September 2026 – The Ministry of Health has issued a public notice recalling a Multi Grain Cereal product and advising the public that it is not fit for human consumption.

The recall is being carried out pursuant to the Food Act 2015.

The Ministry is advising local suppliers, wholesalers, supermarkets and retail outlets to immediately stop selling, distributing and/or consuming the recalled food product.

The recalled product is identified as follows:

• Product: Multi Grain Cereal
• Country of origin: New Zealand
• Brand: Woolworth
• Expiry date: 30/04/27

Members of the public are also urged not to consume the product.

The Ministry of Health is asking for the cooperation of all food businesses and the public in effecting the recall.
