Toa Samoa World Cup matches to be on Live Public Screenings
Apia, SAMOA – 22 October 2026 – The Government has arranged large LED screens for public viewing in front of the Samoa Post Office Headquarters in Matafele and the FMFMII Government Building at Matagialalua for the Toa Samoa rugby league match against Papua New Guinea on Saturday, 24 October 2026, at 5:25pm.
Following Cabinets decision on Wednesday, the initiative provides an opportunity for families, friends, community members and our leaders to come together in a spirit of unity, national pride and support for Toa Samoa and Fetu Samoa.
The Government warmly invites the public to attend and enjoy the match in a peaceful, respectful and harmonious atmosphere. The Ministry of Police will be present at both locations to help ensure public safety.
The Government is calling on the country to come together as one nation, celebrate unity and proudly support Toa Samoa and Fetū Samoa in the Rugby League World Cup.
