1000-1400 Marist Bazaar & Career Day
– involving MBOPA and Marist Schools:  St. Joseph’s College, Marist Brothers School & PTAs
Entry: All are welcome to attend and participate.
Uniform: Your own House colours.		 Marist Brothers School, Mulivai
1900-2300 Tausala Online:
– Clash of the Classes
– Battle of the Houses
Aim: To raise funds to renovate our Halls
Entry: Free with Centennial Pin. If no Pin, $20 cover charge.
Uniform: Your own House colours.
Siva Samoa: Houses and Classes – please register asap your siva Samoa with;

DAY 5: Friday 2nd August 2024
1000-1400 MBOPA Centennial Golf Tournament 2024
– Ambrose best ball of 2 per team at $300, Battle of the Houses.
Eligibility: Need to register with a House and have a Marist connection in order to play.
Uniform: Your own House colours.		 Faleata Golf Course, Tuanaimato
1600-2300 Vodafone Marist Music Festival:
– featuring Mr. Tee, SJ Demarco, Faith, etc
– $1500 a table, $100 Cocktail Ticket
– General Admission $20 Adult, $10 Children (12 and under)		 Faleata Golf Course, Tuanaimato

 

 

DAY 6: Saturday 3rd August 2024
1000-1500 Athletics, Volleyball, Tag Rugby, Athletics and Fun Games
Entry: Need to register with a House and have a Marist connection in order to play.
Uniform: Your own House uniform.		 Fields,  St. Joseph’s College, Alafua
1800 Corporate Dinner: Marist Excellence Service Awards
$1500 a Table		 Centennial Hall,  St. Joseph’s College, Alafua

DAY 7: Sunday 4th August 2024
1000 Closing Mass
Entry: All are welcome.
Uniform: Marist Centennial Elei		 Lepea Catholic Church
1200 Farewell To’ona’i
Entry: All are welcome and bring a Plate.		 Centennial Hall,  St. Joseph’s College, Alafua

 

 

DAY 1: Monday 29th July 2024

0900 – Opening Mass

Location: Lepea Catholic Church
Entry: All are welcome  |  Uniform: White Marist Centennial Elei

1100 – Ava o le Feiloaiga

Location: Centennial Hall,  St. Joseph’s College, Alafua
Entry: need to show your Centennial Pin

1200 – BBQ and Pool Games for Darts & Pool

Location: MBOPA Taula Lounge, St. Joseph’s College, Alafua
Entry: need to show your Centennial Pin  |  Eligibility to Play: need to register first with your House

1900 – Presidents’ Dinner

Location: MBOPA President’s Residence, Moamoa
Entry: Only for President of Marist Affiliates registered with MBOPA, MBOPA Exec and Past Presidents of MBOPA

1800 – Side Event: Siva hosted by MBOPA Samoa New Zealand

Location: Siva Afi, Eleele Fou, Apia

 

DAY 2: Tuesday 30th July 2024

0900 – Marist Procession/March Pass in Town

Location: Apia
From FESA car park to the front of Government Building, Eleele Fou. Those who want to march need to be at FESA car park before 0730.

Uniform: the same as whar we wear during our Independence march: ie, white shirt, red ula fala for men and red ula teuila for ladies, navy blue ie faitaga or skirt.

But for Marist affiliates, you can march in your own uniform and use your own banner.

1100 – Light Refreshments

Location: Marist Brothers School, Mulivai
Entry: need to show your Centennial Pin

1200 – Ceremony Working Bee:
– Graves of Marist Brothers & First President

Locations: Moamoa & Taefu
Entry: All are welcome to help out.
Uniform: Marist Centennial polo shirt

1800 – Marist Forum III
– Meeting of all MBOPA members – Enhance Marist Education in Samoa

Location: MBOPA Taula Lounge, Alafua
Entry: need to show your Centennial Pin
Uniform: Marist Centennial polo shirt

 

DAY 3: Wednesday 31st July 2024

1000-1400 – Pacific Ezy Va’a Outrigger Regatta

Location: Apia Harbour
Entry: All are welcome to support and watch. Bring your families.
Eligibility to Play: Need to register with a House and have a Marist connection.
Uniform: Your own House colour.

1800 – Darts & Pool Games: Finals

Location: MBOPA Taula Lounge, Alafua
Entry: need to show your Centennial Pin.
Uniform: Your own House colours.

2000 – Side Event: Siva hosted by Marist Brothers Samoa (Aotearoa) Auckland, New Zealand
