Manu Samoa partnership with Body Science to maximise players performance

APIA, SAMOA – 23 JUNE 2021: Manu Samoa has signed a partnership with Body Science as their Official Compression and Nutrition Partner for the 2021 International Season.

The aim is to support players by providing them with the best resources when it comes to injury awareness, prevention, treatment and recovery.

“With player welfare and professionalism, a key component of Manu Samoa’s commitment to developing the game of Rugby around the World, the new partnership with Body Science draws a parallel with Lapaki Samoa’s priority to place player wellbeing at the utmost importance,” said a Lakapi Samoa media statement.

Lakapi Samoa says under the partnership, Body Science will provide the Manu Samoa with their line of elite level compression to ensure maximum performance by the players on and off the field.

“Body Science products will help the Manu Samoa to fuel our athletes through tough training days, while also playing a key role in supporting the team through their recovery process and travel demands, which is a key piece in the success of an International professional athlete,”

Together, Body Science and Manu Samoa are looking toward the team’s highly anticipated Tour of New Zealand to play five International matches in which they see as a fantastic opportunity to capitalise on the noise and excitement around the game in New Zealand.
