Muliagatele announces squad for Perth 7’s Leg 2024

Apia, 24 January 2024. Manu Samoa 7s Head Coach, Muliagatele Brian Lima has announced the squad to represent Samoa in the Perth 7’s Leg of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series at the HBF Park Stadium, Perth, Australia this weekend, 26 to 28 January 2024.

Samoa is in a tough Pool C, alongside Fiji, New Zealand and France. Manu Samoa 7s will kick off their campaign on Friday 26th at 7:38pm against Fiji.

The lineup introduces a promising youngster, Tom Maiava (Marist St Joseph’s) set to make his debut this weekend: Additionally, the team welcomes back two players who have fully recovered from their injuries sustained last year: Uaina Sione (Tamauli Salelologa) and Neueli Leitufia (Laulii Lions).
